Welcome to the Client Lounge! TJP offers a luxury photography experience and heirloom products that last for generations. The Client Lounge is where you can learn about everything TJP has to offer when it comes to portrait collections!
My portrait collections are different than many other photographers in the area because the entire portrait process and collection is personalized to you and your family! After all, not every family or portrait session are the same! TJP offers everything from all-inclusive digital collections to artwork & gift options where Clients can completely customize their TJP experience with wall art, albums, gift prints & velvet artwork boxes.
Shoot me an email about the type of portrait session you're dreaming of! There is no need to stress – you will be taken care of and guided from start to finish.
In person, through email or over the phone, we’ll work together to create the perfect portrait session! From the location to your outfits, your session will be 100% you and your style!
We’ll have the most amazing time photographing your lifestyle session! No need to worry about making the little ones smile – I’ll be dancing behind my camera, singing and making silly faces to get those sweet little giggles and smiles flowing. Be ready to have fun and show off your family’s personality!
Your gallery will be available to download 1-2 weeks after your portrait session. Upon delivery of your gallery, you will be provided with a download code. All galleries will remain active for 30 days and can be shared with your family & friends.
I can't wait to see how you display your images! If art work is ordered, you will be notified when everything arrives and we will schedule a time to meet (either at your home or a local coffee shop) to celebrate! Art work typically arrives in 2-4 weeks. Albums and art work boxes arrive in 5-7 weeks on average.
That's a great question! Portrait sessions are booked Monday through Friday. I do offer weekend sessions and those are first come first serve and weekend rates apply.
Newborn lifestyle sessions are held between 10am and 3pm. Since I am a natural light photographer, photographing late morning to early afternoon is ideal to capture the most natural light as possible in your home. Outdoor portrait sessions are usually held an hour after sunrise or two hours before sunset.
If there are items that are of significance to you and you would like included in your photos, please bring them with! If you have kids, please feel free to bring a cooler with drinks and snacks to keep them hydrated and energized throughout the session.
The sooner the better! Newborn sessions typically take a little more time and are best done 5-15 days after your baby is born. When you know your due date, please get in touch with me to be sure we get you on my calendar!
My turn-around time for portrait sessions is 1-2 weeks. Be sure to check my social media accounts a day or two after your session (if you signed a model release form) as I like to post “sneak peeks” to hold you over until your gallery is complete.
Sure do! I love to travel- it’s nice to be able to experience different places and new locations!
I most certainly do. I’m more than happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
A retainer and signed session agreement are required to reserve a session date and time in my calendar. All retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session date and time should you need to reschedule the session. Remaining session fee balances are due at time of session. Any artwork, albums and gifts must be paid in full before delivery of those products is made.
Invoices can be paid online via debit/credit card. Checks can be made out to Tamara Jaros Photography. (Please inquire on where to send checks to). Receipts will be emailed for ALL payments received.
TJP does not currently have a studio. I do however know of a handful of indoor locations within the Chicagoland area that can be reserved for a session. These locations do require a permit and availability is limited to the venue's calendar/availability.
