Blog Post 2/Part 2 of Caitlin + Daniel’s day is here! Their wedding ceremony and reception were held at The Seville in Streamwood and it was GORGEOUS.
Caitlin had a first look with her dad before the ceremony and it had me in tears–another one of my favorite parts of the day is when a father sees his daughter in a wedding dress for the first time. Their ceremony was so romantic with softly lit chandeliers, white floral arrangements and gold chiavari chairs filled with their closest family and friends.
After their ceremony Caitlin & Daniel’s guests attended cocktail hour while we completed family portraits. Once sunset snuck around I snuck these two outside for some sunset portraits. A must for any couple (in my opinion) if you have a few minutes to sneak away.
Once inside their reception, they cut their cake, had toasts and a wonderful meal with their family and friends. When it came to the first dance, it was nothing short of perfect. I absolutely love when couples take a few minutes to just embrace each other without words during their first dance. Capturing them soaking it all in brings tears to my eyes. Don’t even get me started with the father-daughter dance. (Guaranteed to get me crying.)
The dance floor opened and this couple danced the night away.
Thank you SO much, Caitlin & Daniel, for asking me to be a part of your beautiful day. I am so excited for you both and this next chapter in your lives. Congratulations! xo
